Reporting Requirements

Upon receiving a grant from The Provident Bank Foundation, grantees agree to comply with PBF’s financial and narrative reporting requirements throughout the grant period, including submitting comprehensive 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month progress reports.

All required progress reports from previous PBF grants must be received and confirmed prior to submitting a new request. Failure to comply with this requirement will jeopardize future funding.

In addition, progress reports or updates may be requested at any time by the Foundation during the grant period.

Progress reports will include questions relating to program outcomes, lessons learned, and/or accomplishments along with how grant funds have been spent.
