Please add as much detail as you’d like relating to your organization and the purpose of the grant – the more information you can provide about your program/project, the better. Any changes to the pre-written sections of this release must have Foundation approval prior to distribution. If no changes are made to the pre-written sections, we do not have to review the release before it is published.

After developing a press release, you can share with local reporters in your community. You can also share a photo of your organization or an official check presentation photo from The Provident Bank Foundation to encourage media coverage.

Use the following sample letter to contact your elected officials. Remember to keep letters to one-page and offer specific details about your organization, projects and achievements.

Foundation Brand Standards

Please follow these brand guidelines when referencing The Provident Bank Foundation across external media or social media audiences:

  • Please include our full name – “The Provident Bank Foundation” – when referring to us (not Provident Bank).
  • We must review and approve all copy prior to publication, whether it’s for print media, social media, or other marketing collateral. Please refer back to the press release guidelines for specifics on review and approval when utilizing the template.
  • Our logo and logo specs are included below for your use. Do not alter the logo in any way, including changes in color. If you require the logo in a different format or for use in a black and white publication, please contact us.
