About The Provident Bank Foundation

The Provident Bank Foundation was established in 2003 by Provident Bank to enhance the quality of life in the region through support of not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools and other 501(c)(3) organizations that provide services in communities served by the Bank. Since inception, the Foundation has granted more than $26 million to not-for-profit organizations and institutions working toward stronger communities. For more information, visit www.theprovidentbankfoundation.org or call (862) 260-3990.

To help you officially communicate the news to local reporters, we’ve drafted a press release template for your guidance announcing the grant.

Please add as much detail as you’d like relating to your organization and the purpose of the grant – the more information you can provide about your program/project, the better. Any changes to the pre-written sections of this release must have Foundation approval prior to distribution. If no changes are made to the pre-written sections, we do not have to review the release before it is published.

After developing a press release, you can share with local reporters in your community. You can also share a photo of your organization or an official check presentation photo from The Provident Bank Foundation to encourage media coverage.

Our public relations and marketing team is always here to help with these efforts. If you need support or have questions, please contact Vanessa Valencia.
